Geisinger has an exciting opportunity for a board certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join our team at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. This position is primarily outpatient with a small component of well baby nursery coverage and will have Psychology support. The team consists of 4 Pediatricians, 7 nurses, including nurse triage coverage on site, 3-4 front desk support staff for check in/out and 1 dedicated clerical support in the department to assist with document completion. Patient volume is 18-24 per day. The schedule is Monday – Friday, one evening shift per week, one week and one weekend per month you would cover nursery rounding in the morning and Saturday clinic for 2 hours. Call is 1 in 5.
