Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Two years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting.* Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.* Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field.* Current Colorado State License in one of the following disciplines: * Clinical Psychologist (PSY), * Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), * Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).* Experience in Intensive Outpatient Programs preferred* BLS from the American Heart Association* Two Years Experience Providing Substance Use Disorder Treatment RequiredMedium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Work Schedule: Mon, Wen, Thur Days/EveningsYour Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
