The Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) in this case manager position is assigned to the Mental Health Service Line (MHSL) for the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) and will be based out of the Northern Colorado Outpatient Clinic located in Loveland, Colorado.
