We are looking for experienced a BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SOCIAL WORKER to join our extraordinary team!

SUMMARY: Under general supervision, performs psychosocial assessments, arranges transfers and placement of patients needing inpatient treatment, makes referral to outpatient mental health and substance abuse services, communicates with outside providers for coordination of care, coordination of Telepsych assessment, and completes all needed paperwork for placement (both involuntary and voluntary). Patient served include neonate through adult-geriatric.
