Working with a large multidisciplinary group, you will be responsible for conducting team-based care for a wide range of behavioral issues using brief behavioral interventions that are highly accessible, as well as providing palliative and end-of-life care. You will also work within an innovative-care model that will provide new experiences and challenges.
