The Opportunity
We are seeking Licensed Psychologists who feel called to both clinical work, psychological assessment, and mentorship—psychologists who want their careers to matter beyond their own caseload.
This role is ideal for:
Newly licensed psychologists eager to deepen their assessment skills and grow into supervision;

Clinicians who believe training future psychologists in both therapy and assessment is a professional responsibility
You will maintain a manageable, well-supported caseload that may include psychotherapy and psychological evaluations, while playing a vital role in supervising and shaping doctoral interns and post-doctoral associates. TPS is actively building robust assessment and training pipelines, and licensed psychologists are central to that vision.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan with low-to-moderate acuity presentations
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, which may include:
Diagnostic evaluations
Psychoeducational and learning assessments
ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessments
Personality and emotional functioning assessments
Integrate assessment findings into clear, ethical, and clinically useful reports
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to psychology trainees and associates in therapy and assessment
Participate in consultation groups and assessment case conferences
Maintain ethical, professional, and legal standards consistent with the California Board of Psychology
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen assessment services, training programs, and community access

Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
Active California psychologist license or Eligible and applying for a license
Training and interest in psychological assessment
Eligibility and interest in providing supervision
Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive practice
Experience or interest in CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and evidence-based assessment
