About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Psychologists to join our team in delivering high-quality mental health services within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. The role offers the opportunity to provide both treatment and/or assessment services within a vocational rehabilitation context wherein clients are supported in achieving sustainable recovery and return to work.
Psychological Treatment Services
Provide time-limited, evidence-based psychological interventions (such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) for clients presenting with a range of mental health concerns and diagnoses.
Deliver treatment within a rehabilitation-focused context, maintaining a clear focus on supporting successful and durable return-to-work outcomes.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and client-centered care.
Psychological Assessment Services
Conduct formal, comprehensive psychological assessments to establish diagnostic clarity and determine causality.
Address a wide range of clinical concerns through in-depth psychological evaluation and reporting.
Provide assessment-driven recommendations to inform treatment planning, workplace support, and broader rehabilitation strategies.

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $107,000/year, with potential annual earnings up to $155,000 (CAD).
