Overview ThePediatric and Adolescent In-patient Mental Health and Substance Use programs are unique hospital programs. They are comprised of four units: Mental Health Unit, an ITC unit with a primary focus on higher acuity, and an Adolescent Dual Diagnosis program which is a pediatric and adolescent inpatient hospital program that offers services to teens who are experiencing mental health and chemical dependency challenges, and an Adolescent Crisis Stabilization unit (3C) with a focus on family engagement and lower acuity.
